Privacy notice
Cubrevia is built to know as little about you as possible. Your play stays in your browser; the only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us.
1Who we are
This notice covers cubrevia.co.uk ("Cubrevia", "we", "us"), a free social casino games website for adults in the United Kingdom. The controller of the personal data described below is Rîleacov Digital Agency SRL, registered in the Republic of Moldova, IDNO 1023600048275, registered office Strada Cojocarilor 1, MD-2001 Chișinău, Moldova. You can reach us about privacy at privacy@cubrevia.co.uk.
2What stays in your browser
Your points, level, badges, personal records, nickname, reminder setting, age answer and storage choice are kept in your browser's local storage on your device. They are never sent to us and we cannot read them. The full list of items is on our cookie policy page. You can delete all of them from your Locker.
3What we receive from you
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. When you send the form we also use a one-way hash of your IP address for an hour to limit repeated messages; the address itself is not stored with your message.
4Why we use it and our lawful basis
We use contact details only to read and answer your message and to keep a record of the conversation. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (answering people who contact us and keeping the form free of abuse). Where you ask us to act on your data rights, the basis is our legal obligation under UK GDPR.
5Server logs
Like any website, our hosting provider's servers record technical details of each request — IP address, time, page and browser type — to keep the service running and secure. These logs are kept for no longer than 30 days and are not used to identify or profile visitors.
6What we do not do
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, social media pixels, fingerprinting or third-party fonts and scripts. We do not sell or share personal data, build profiles, make automated decisions about you or send marketing.
7How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months after our last reply, then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. The rate-limit record is cleared after one hour.
8Who else sees it
Only the people who run Cubrevia and our hosting provider, which stores the site in the United Kingdom and processes data on our instructions. We will disclose data to public authorities only where the law requires it.
9International transfers
Rîleacov Digital Agency SRL is based in Moldova, so when we read and answer a contact message, that message is accessed from outside the United Kingdom. The UK has not made an adequacy decision for Moldova; we protect these transfers with the UK International Data Transfer Agreement and limit access to the people who answer your message. Write to privacy@cubrevia.co.uk for a copy of the safeguards.
10Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our use of it, and ask for it in a portable format. Write to privacy@cubrevia.co.uk; we reply within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
11Children
Cubrevia is only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us a message, tell us and we will delete it.
12Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of the page. Significant changes will also be noted in the Journal.
