What temperament means

All of our games return roughly the same share of points over a very long run, but they get there differently. Gentle games — Ruby Sevens, Ace Ladder Poker and Cobalt Blackjack — return small amounts often and rarely go quiet for long. Balanced games mix small returns with the occasional larger round. Lively games such as Sunstone Temple and Citrus Cascade can go a while with little happening, then pay more when the bonus arrives.

None of this predicts the next round. It simply helps you choose the kind of evening you want. If a game stops being fun, switch rooms or take a break — the points will still be here.
