These terms apply whenever you use cubrevia.co.uk. They are written to be read: please do, and contact us if anything is unclear.
1Who runs Cubrevia
cubrevia.co.uk ("Cubrevia", "we", "us") is run by Rîleacov Digital Agency SRL, a company registered in the Republic of Moldova, IDNO 1023600048275, registered office Strada Cojocarilor 1, MD-2001 Chișinău, Moldova. Email: hello@cubrevia.co.uk.
2About these terms
By using Cubrevia you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update the terms; the date at the top shows the latest version and applies from the day it is published.
3Who may use Cubrevia
Cubrevia is only for people aged 18 or over who live in the United Kingdom. By confirming your age you tell us you meet these conditions. Do not use the site if you are under 18, if you have excluded yourself from gambling and find casino-style games unhelpful, or if your local law does not allow it.
4Entertainment only
Cubrevia offers social casino games for entertainment purposes only. There is no real money play, no in-app purchases and no prizes of monetary value. Nothing you do on the site can earn money or anything with a value in money or money's worth.
5Points
Points are a score kept in your browser. They are given free, cannot be bought, sold, transferred, lent or exchanged for money, goods, services or anything else, and have no cash value. We may change how points, levels and badges work, and you can reset or delete them at any time. Points are not your property and are not held by us.
6Real-money gambling
Our games use maths similar to real-money casino games, but playing or success in social casino games does not imply future success at real-money gambling. We do not promote, link to or receive anything from gambling businesses.
7Fair use
Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, its code or other people's use of it, scrape it at volume, send abusive or unlawful messages, or use automated tools to play. We may block access that harms the site or other users.
8Our content
The games, artwork, text, code and design of Cubrevia belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. You may use the site for your own personal entertainment. You may not copy, republish or sell any part of it without our written permission.
9Availability
We aim to keep Cubrevia running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or withdraw any game or the whole site. Because your progress is stored in your browser, clearing your browser data will remove it and we cannot restore it.
10Liability
Cubrevia is provided free of charge. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for loss of points, progress or data stored in your browser.

12Governing law
